Tournament Fees Include fees with Entry Form. Tournament Fee: $65 (per player)

Limited to the first 72 entries. -Fee Payable 'Knights of Columbus' -Includes Green Fees, Golf Cart, Dinner, Door Prizes. -All players must sign in at registration table upon arrival. -Purchase Mulligan's: $5 each ticket.  Prize drawing for winning ticket holder. -Watch for the pretty Ladies on holes 2, 8, 14, and 17.  Bet to make it on the green to win cash!  bet $5 to $20 (pays two to one) to make it on the green. TOURNAMENT RULES 1: Each team will consist of 4 players. 2: Each team member required to use 3 drives per 18 holes. 3: Select the bal that will be played. 4: Each team member will once again hit from that spot, within a club length of the spot of the ball, without advancing to the hole or improving your shot. 5: This is with the exception of when you are on the green, where everyone is required to hit from the exact spot of the ball placement. 6: Once on the green each player will putt from that spot until the ball is holed. 7: Mulligan's ($5 EACH) may be purchased and used on any shot. 8: Women will play from the red tees. 9: Men will play from the white tees. 10: USGA rules apply for other than outlined.

Women's Closest to Pin: HOLE 2 Men's Closest to Pin: HOLE 14 Women's Longest Drive: HOLE 3 Men's Longest Drive: HOLE 11 Women's Longest Putt: HOLE 9 Men's Longest Putt: HOLE 18 FUN HOLE!  7th Hole: 5 Iron from tee to cup. COURSE RULES Spike free facility.  No outside food or beverages.  No sweat pants, tank tops, running or jean shorts allowed.  Shirts with a collar are mandatory for all men and women. Look for the tournament committee men in golf tournament shirts, any committee man can assist with any issue.
